Rent payment is required 60 days in advance of occupancy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require deposit and rent payments in full at the time of booking. In the event a reservation must be cancelled, the following will apply:
1. If written notice (email) is received 60 or more days prior to the start of tenancy, payment of rents and deposits will be refunded.
2. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days from the start of tenancy, a refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property.
Deposits
$500 payment due at time of booking and does not apply toward rent. Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure less any damages or other charges.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed with an additional deposit. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.
